- Homeowner on Maigold Cir has not repaired their fence due to asking the HOA to handle it.
  - Reviewed CCRs and neighborhood plat to determine it’s homeowner responsibility.
  - Contacting homeowner to let them know and suggesting the vendor that has repaired the neighborhood owned fences.
- Recommend vendor on the website
  - Motion to recommend fence vendor on the website
    - Vote: All in favor
- Discussed annual meeting and election schedule
  - Motion to target 11/5 with a fallback of 11/12 for any conflicts.
    - Vote: All in favor
