Old Business to Review:
- Follow up further with landscaping company about cleanouts and behind fences.
New Business to Review:
- Deal with repairing the fence or removing the fence. Dug into annual cost of the fence.
  - Motion: Remove the fence and get bids for that work.
    - Vote: All in favor.
- Pool pump is broken and when will we close the pool.
  - Motion: Close pool immediately.
    - Vote: All in favor.
- Street parking issue.
  - Motion: Elite to confirm the vehicle isn’t moving and if it is not send notices.
    - Vote: All in favor.
