- Motion: Prior minutes motioned to be accepted by Will Bowen and seconded by Svetlana.
- Old Business to Review:
- Shed to be added in the backyard at XXX Duchess provided it is directly behind the house and not visible from the street.
- Current ARC Requests:
- 208 Maigold to have fence installed and stained.
- 103 Duchess to have pergola added to backyard.
- 105 Duchess to have shed added to backyard. Color will be consistent with house.

- Motion: Prior Board Meeting Minutes to be accepted by Will Bowen and seconded by Jascon Comfort.
- Old Business to Review:
- Direction to be given to the lawyer on late fees for resident on Maigold.
- Light pole was installed by the city on Duchess for no cost to the neighborhood.
- Sprinkler system on Gillespe is still being investigated for additional leaks which were found.
- Rentz Landscaping Management to begin contract agreement starting June 1.
- Dust Bunnies started cleaning of the common area on May 29th. Admendment to be added to existing contract for additional cleanings.
- Motion: Add an additional day for cleaning of the common area on top of the existing contract.
- Vote: All in favor.
- Resident contacted the board for interest in a community yard sale. Board to reach out for additional information from home owner.
- Pool opening guideline:
- COVID liability waiver to be distributed to the neighborhood. Homeowners have a week to sign, afterwards cards will be deactived
until waiver is submitted to board.
- Signage to be added to the pool area which recommends residents adhere to the current CDC guidelines for COVID-19.
- Follow up with Elite for pool maximum capacity signage.
- New Business to Review.
- Pool water fill pump to be connected to the water line in the club house. Quoted for <$500.
- Irrigation lines repaired.
- Svetlana Kubic has resigned as President of the HOA Board.
