- Current ARC Requests:
- Side walk to be added from driveway to backyard at XXX Maigold to be approved by ARC.
- Shed requested to be added in the backyard at 207 Duchess. Approval by the ARC pending following additional information from the homeowner.

- Motion: Prior Board Meeting Minutes to be accepted by Will Bowen and seconded by Jascon Comfort.
- Old Business to Review:
- Signed contract with Spring Green.
- Reviewed expenses for February and current March inqueries.
- Signed contract to have fence painted by Rentz Landsacpe Mangement for $3250. Date TBD, will depend on weather.
- Signed contracts for Kirkland’s to perform pest control and termite protection around the pool common areas.
- Pest control $350. Termite protection $668.50.
- Jason Comfort to be reimbursed for ~$15 for website domain renewal.
- New Business to Review.
- Quotes to be gathered for light pole install on Duchess.
- Sprinkler system on Gillespe to be repaired. Estimated cost is approx. $200.
- Pool opening date TBA.
- Dust Bunnies cleaning to be postponed until at least May 15.
