Motion: Prior Board Meeting Minutes to be accepted by Will Bowen and seconded by Cory Martin.

Old Business to Review:
- Cory gathering quotes for the various services provided to the neighborhood (lawn, pool, cleaning, etc.).
- HOA Board election notices to be sent to the neighborhood through email, physical fliers, and notice on the neighborhood website.
- Doug working to gather additional quotes for fence repairs. Quotes received from TN Valley Fence and Athens Fence.
  - Approximate total cost was quoted at $25k by each.
New Business to Review.
- Cory Martin and Doug Goldstein resigned from their positions as President and Vice President of the Board.
- Jason Comfort has volunteered for a position on the HOA Board. Official position to be decided during the next board meeting.
- Jason Goerlic has volunteered for a position on the HOA Board. Official position to be decided during the next board meeting.
