Old Business to Review:
- Doug to gather quotes for fence repairs.
- Pool closure to begin the first week of October.
- Flier to be made by Will Bowen for neighborhood HOA board member elections.
New Business to Review.
- Cory gathering quotes for the various services provided to the neighborhood (lawn, pool, cleaning, etc.).
- HOA Board election notices to be sent to the neighborhood through email, physical fliers, and notice on the neighborhood website.
- Doug working to gather additional quotes for fence repairs. Quotes received from TN Valley Fence and Athens Fence.
  - Approximate total cost was quoted at $25k by each.
