- $4 per door per month plus postage on mailings.

- Pool re-opening dates. We will aim to open the pool at the beginning of
May and Doug will coordinate with Elite to make it happen.
- Covenant updates will take a bit more work but we will document our
intentions on the website. The change is considered an amendment
of restrictions and will likely require a lawyer to file it for us.
