• Motion: Prior Board Meeting Minutes to be accepted by Cory Martin and seconded by Sarah Comfort.

• Old Business to Review:
  • Discussion of water leakage in women’s restroom at pool area. Plumber sent out fix leak and listed at $285 to repair. Damage to sheet rock caused over $550 in repairs. Men’s restroom damage to toilet causing $285 in repairs. Money spent for new storage containers and trash cans listed at $295 for pool area. All board members agreed to expenditures for repairs and storage containers. Repairs currently in work.
    • Motion: Accept expenditures to repair damage to pool area restrooms/exterior by Sarah Comfort and seconded by Cory Martin.
