• Motion: Prior Board Meeting Minutes to be accepted by Cory Martin and seconded by Sarah Comfort.
  • Vote: All in favor.
• Old Business to Review:
  • Move general elections date.
    • Motion: Update general elections date to 5/19/2018 at 3:00pm with rain-out date on 5/20/2018 and authorize Doug Goldstein to spend less than $250 for food, beverage, decoration by Will Bowen and seconded by Cory Martin.
    • Vote: All in favor.

• New Business:

  • Notices to be sent out to tenants which have yet to pay HOA dues.
    • Motion: Notices to be sent out by HOA board members to those residents which have not paid yearly HOA dues by Will Bowen and seconded by Sarah Comfort.
    • Vote: All in favor.
  • Quote reviews of lawn care for areas between fences and around edges of neighborhood from TDI and Fairway Lawns.
    • Motion: Fairway Lawns to be used for neighborhood lawn care if additional unquoted areas are less than an additional $189 from Fairway Lawn’s original quote, else TDI will be used by Will Bowen and seconded by Cory Martin.
    • Vote: All in favor.

  • Get quotes on pool chemical storage. Vendor(s) of storage containers has yet to be determined.

  • Add Sarah Comfort to HOA bank account.
    • Motion: Sarah Comfort to be added to HOA bank account by Cory Martin and seconded by Sarah Comfort.
    • Vote: All in favor.
  • JTL to pressure wash pool area.
    • Motion: JTL to pressure wash pool area before next meeting by Cory Martin and Sarah Comfort.
    • Vote: All in favor.
