• Current ARC Requests:
  • Motion: Justin G. to have fence built by Huntsville fence. Set to match the style and color of the neighborhood.
    • Motioned to be accepted by Cory Martin and seconded by Sarah Comfort.

• Motion: Prior Board Meeting Minutes to be accepted by Cory Martin and seconded by Sarah Comfort.

• Old Business to Review:
  • Armenta Lawn Care payments to be investigated on financial statements.
  • Motion: Table Armenta Lawn Care financials by Sarah Comfort and seconded by Cory Martin.
    • Vote: All in favor.
  • Sweeping Beauties contract to be reviewed and if needed during the winter months when the pool area is closed.
  • Motion: Financial contracts to be provided from Elite to the board for review by Will Bowen and seconded by Cory Martin.
    • Vote: All in favor.
  • Review of HOA dues not paid by residents.
  • Motion: Elite to send notices to those residents which have not paid HOA dues by Cory Martin and seconded by Sarah Comfort.

• New Business:
  • Update May meeting to late April and hold pool opening with general elections.
  • Motion: Update meeting on 5/01/2018 to 4/28/2018 and hold general elections at pool by Will Bowen and seconded by Cory Martin.
    • Vote: All in favor.
  • Update next month’s meeting date.
  • Motion: Update meeting on 4/03/2018 to be held on 4/10/2018 at location TBD by Sarah Comfort and seconded by Cory Martin.
    • Vote: All in favor.
  • Discussions on cars running four way stop signs and speeding on Idared.
  • Motion: Reminders to be sent out to residents via email/flyer by Cory Martin and seconded by Sarah Comfort.
